This chocolate protein shake can be enjoyed on a hot summer day, as a dessert or a recovery drink after training.
Chocolate protein shake ingredients

2dl liquid (oat milk, soy, almond, cow's milk)

1 frozen banana
-
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (approx. 30g)
-
1-2 tablespoons cocoa
-
Ice cubes

Procedure
- Add liquid, frozen banana, protein powder, cocoa and ice cubes to a blender (optional peanut butter or vanilla extract)
- If you want a thinner or thicker shake, add more or less liquid.
