Ingredients
- 1 scoop protein powder (approx. 30 gr)
- 100g frozen strawberries
- 1 whole banana
- 3.5dl liquid (we recommend milk or oat milk)
Procedure
- Add protein powder, frozen strawberries, banana and liquid of your choice to your blender.
- If you want a thicker smoothie, you can add more frozen strawberries. If you want a thinner sports drink, you can add more liquid.
- Serve and enjoy!
