Returns and exchanges
Fill out our return form. You will receive a shipping label that can be used for the return. For returns that are not exchanges, 49 NOK will be deducted from the refund amount. This of course only applies if you use our return solution/label and there is no deduction if you send back at your own expense.
1. Log in to your account or create an account with the same email address you used to place the order, click "create account" on the login page.
2. Select the order on your page.
3.Fill in the open fields in the form, then press "submit" at the bottom of the page.
4. You do not have to choose which products are returned.
Return instructions
After the return form has been filled out, you will receive an email with a return label or instructions on how to make one, as well as the option to order collection from your mailbox.
The return label can be printed out. Posten has also started to have shipping label printers at many post offices so that it is possible to print out from the post offices.
Right of exchange
In the event of an exchange, we cover return shipping. You must place a new order before we process the return. The item to be exchanged must be ordered yourself.
Right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you always have 100 calendar days from the date the last item was received.
