Recipe: Protein-rich oatmeal with chocolate

Oatmeal is a well-known and popular breakfast, and one of the things that makes it so popular is that it can be varied in an incredible number of ways. There are, among other things, overnight oats, protein oatmeal , and you can vary the topping with berries and peanut butter! We have created a recipe for a protein-rich oatmeal with chocolate , which is both healthy, tasty - and keeps you full for many hours. Oatmeal contains lots of fiber, some protein and little sugar. You also get a number of vitamins and minerals, including iron, zinc, magnesium, vitamin B1 plus many more.

Start by boiling water and milk together with the oatmeal. Continue stirring until it thickens slightly, before adding the rest of the ingredients. Stir until desired consistency and serve with desired toppings. A tip is to try it with warm berries and peanut butter!
