Ingredients
- 150-250gr protein powder
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (can be omitted)
- 5 eggs
- water/milk
Procedure
- Mix protein powder, baking powder and eggs
- Add water/milk until you get a thick and fluffy mixture. The amount of liquid depends on the amount of protein powder.
- Cook over medium heat and flip the pancakes when they have turned golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!

Protein pancakes taste incredibly good and are an easy snack that takes a short time to prepare. The high protein content in both protein powder and eggs will help build muscle mass during training - this recipe is therefore perfect both before and after training. We recommend using Whey 100 natural protein powder in the recipe, and you can add 1 tsp vanilla sugar for a vanilla flavor. This recipe contains neither flour nor banana.
